Earlier this month, Hyundai revealed that they are going to launch iMT technology with Venue sub 4 meter SUV. In Hyundai speak, iMT stands for Intelligent Manual Transmission. This will make Venue as India’s first car with such a technology. Today, Hyundai has launched Venue iMT. Along with that, they have also launched Sport trim on the Venue. Venue iMT is only on offer with 1.0 liter turbo petrol engine, whereas Sport trim has been introduced on all engine and transmission options of Venue. Kia Motor is gearing up to showcase Sonet and announced on Tuesday that the world premier of the sub-compact SUV will take place on August 7. Sonet was first showcased in concept form at Auto Expo in February of 2020 and the production version is likely to retain most of the key exterior elements that were on display. Kia made its India debut in 2019 but has catapulted itself among the big players in less than a year courtesy the success of Seltos. Italian bike maker Benelli is finally readying its middleweight successor to the TNT600 and the model could be called the SRK600 or the SR600K, which was recently spied. The leaked images come from what appears to be a factory floor and reveals the new Benelli SRK600 completely in the production-spec guise. This also suggests that the new offering is closer to its global debut than we earlier thought given the Coronavirus pandemic and an official announcement is just weeks away. Mahindra has readied the next-gen Thar and it has been spied yet again ahead of launch later this year. The spotted SUV has been covered with white plastic sheets which is generally applied to newly manufactured units before being dispatched to dealership yards. At the same time, chances are that the all-new Thar will soon make spy debut completely undisguised as the launch inches near. With the generation change, Thar will grow into a more aggressive and butch looking SUV.
